In early March, Kopster opened its doors in Colombes, a fast-growing community on the outskirts of Paris. The latest addition to the Lavorel Hotels group, the Kopster (4-star lifestyle concept) aims to establish itself as a must-visit address on the outskirts of Paris, thanks to its unique features: spacious, contemporary rooms, warm, gourmet dining and a unique cocktail bar.
We're off to discover its brunch, perched on the 8th floor on a 300m2 rooftop with a breathtaking view over Paris. A must at weekends, brunch is an integral part of the Parisian gastronomic scene. At Kopster, the chef's offer is varied and all-you-can-eat. Based on fresh, local and seasonal produce, it is presented as a buffet with sweet and savory dishes. The must: a fine selection of desserts under the rooftop's corbel bar.
With seafood platters, hot dishes, large salads, breads and pastries, a gourmet dessert buffet, homemade bread, cheeses and cold meats, the Kopster brunch has something to satisfy your hunger.
The Kopster's terrace overlooking Paris is the ideal place to enjoy a gourmet cookie or sip a fresh fruit juice. On the downside, as the building is located in a new construction zone, you'll have to ignore the surrounding works.
In an ultra-bright setting blending antique furniture and jungle-animal-inspired decor, the Kopster is the ideal place to spend a Sunday as if at home, with family or friends.
The kid-friendly brunch at the Kopster is also a plus: a kids club open during brunch hours, allowing children to enjoy activities with qualified entertainers, and parents to enjoy a gourmet Sunday interlude.
In short, for a new experience at the gateway to Paris, climb to the Kopster's 8th heaven.
