Between brunch, a giant Easter egg and tea time, the Peninsula Paris promises a festival of gourmet delights to delight young and old alike. From March 28 to April 30, 2024, the prestigious Parisian hotel invites you to discover its Easter-flavored Afternoon Tea.
TheEaster Tea Hour, orchestrated by pastry chef Anne Coruble, takes on the air of a spring feast, with a touch of chocolate to tantalize your taste buds. From 3.30pm at Le Lobby restaurant, until 5.30pm, you can choose between two exclusive formulas: the Classique version at €80 per person (excluding drinks) and the Prestige version at €100 per person (including a glass of champagne).
Anne Coruble, who loves chocolate as much as we do, transforms tea time into a tribute to this ingredient. Prepare to be amazed by creations such as a pre-dessert with an iced brioche texture, a chocolate religieuse fleur, a smoked vanilla charlotte, a marbled Basque cake and a Babka viennoiserie with chocolate and roasted praline.
Savory connoisseurs won't be outdone by our springtime canapés: crunchy asparagus with osciètre caviar, crispy buckwheat with morel mushrooms and blue lobster, and soft bao bread with Cantonese duck.
For those wishing to extend this gustatory experience at home, the Pastry Chef's culinary work of art " L'Éclosion ", a Signature egg filled with delicacy and poetry, will be available to take away at the Lobby on pre-order.
