Etienne Leroy brings his talent to the Champs-Élysées, and Lancôme adds a new gourmet signature to its address at 52. The World Pastry Champion, who has worked at Café Pouchkine, Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, and is now pastry chef at Lenôtre, now creates the sweets at Café de la Rose. It's a natural pairing between two establishments committed to attention to detail, finesse, and the right touch of emotion.
The star of this refined menu is the Rose Agora, sculpted like a perfectly edged petal. Beneath its immaculate floral appearance lies a crunchy almond biscuit, pear and lychee confit, vanilla mousse with rose water, and white chocolate petals. A creation to be savored like a perfume. In spring and summer, it changes its scent and adopts a peach-lychee confit—same silhouette, new nuance.
Also not to be missed is the creamy Cheesecake, revisited by the Chef and enhanced with rose petals, exclusive to the Café de la Rose. The permanent menu also features two Lenôtre icons: the Feuille d'Automne dessert, a light duo of chocolate mousse and crunchy meringue, and the Framboise à l'extrait de Verveine dessert, combining infused cream, almond crisp, vanilla biscuit, and a raspberry center.
Enjoy them in the cozy interior or on the landscaped terrace, right in the heart of the Champs. And to prolong the pleasure: five-flavor macarons, coated almonds, orangettes... Sweets to give as gifts or savor yourself, like a delicate sweet bouquet from Lancôme.
