Free tastings of Normandy scallops at Les Halles d'Issy-Biltoki

We all know that fish, seafood and scallops are key ingredients on Christmas and New Year tables . Now that the scallop season is open, they'll be the stars of the Fish Truck at Les Halles d'Issy-Biltoki, Issy-les-Moulineaux, on November 25 and 26, 2023, for the Grande Débarque!

Inside this small ephemeral fishmonger's, you'll find free tastings, as well as demonstrations to help you cook these Normandy scallops, freshly caught and landed from the Normandy ports of Dieppe, Granville, Fécamp, Cherbourg and Port-en-Bessin.

Tempted? Then head to the famous Halles d'Issy, on November 25, 2023 from 10am to 8pm and on November 26, 2023 from 10am to 3pm, for a great program of games, entertainment and free tastings! It's also an opportunity for children to discover and taste this wonderful seafood product!
