The gardens of the Palais Galliera once again play host to Les Petites Mains. On the plates, cuisine by chef Youssef Gastli, sweet creations by pastry chef Paloma Laguette, and in the glasses, cocktails by mixologist Clément Brousset. A terrace restaurant ideal for soaking up the sun, facing the Eiffel Tower.

It's time to soak up the sun on the terrace and enjoy some good food! The gardens of the Palais Galliera will be hostingLes Petites Mains for the fifth year running. 600m2 of greenery with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the ideal place to spend some quality time in the sun, from May 20, 2025 to next October - weather permitting.

The season's theme is love, echoing the monumental Temple of Love exhibition curated by designer Rick Owens. This exhibition inspired the three chefs-in-residence to create creations that echo the designer's work, influenced by the underground culture and glamour of the 1930s.

Heading up the kitchens of this ephemeral table, with its back to the Musée de la Mode, chef Youssef Gastli, former chef-owner of restaurant Plume, reinterprets the classics of French cuisine in elegant bistronomic proposals inspired by the flavors of his Tunisian childhood.

For example, raw king prawns with pea soup, fresh peas, mirin-marinated peach and fresh verbena; or duckling fillet with cherry pickles and lemon thyme. For lunch and dinner, you can choose from the à la carte menu, which changes frequently according to new arrivals, or from the lunch menu.

To accompany these fine dishes, sip on a cocktail created by mixologist Clément Brousset, who also worked at Le Syndicat. And for the sweet side, Les Petites Mains called on pastry chef Paloma Laguette, who unveils a menu of desserts inspired by the great classics of French patisserie, with Mediterranean and exotic touches, such as this Madagascar vanilla tart with almond-black sesame praline.

An essential summer stop!
