This year's event marks its 20th edition! For two decades, the Côtes d’Armor Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which manages the region’s fishing ports and auctions, has been hosting the Saint-Jacques Shell Festival in Montmartre. This celebration is organized in collaboration with the Reginean Shellfish Association and the Commandery of Clos Montmartre.
Over the course of two days, local producers take over the gastronomic market to offer a wide range of seafood products: scallops, fish, shellfish and oysters, as well as local specialties straight from Brittany. This festival is more than just a gourmet event: it's also a unique opportunity to talk to professionals in the fishing industry, to gain a better understanding of their trade, and to enjoy demonstrations of their know-how.
