The Petit Palais café-restaurant in Paris is transformed into a concept store

Sodexo Live! has won the Petit Palais tender and renewed its partnership for the next 5 years. The group has decided to completely redesign its culinary offering in the style of a concept store, to offer a more convivial atmosphere and harmonize harmoniously with the architecture of the Petit Palais.

The Sodexo Live! project involves transforming the existing restaurant into a concept store. Imagined as a living stage where customers and visitors are actors, the restaurant features a culinary offering by chef Amandine Chaignot, with :

• Self-service display cases for gourmet dishes and desserts,
• A counter serving hot dishes directly to the table,
• A tea room offering hot drinks and Claire Heitzler pastries,
• A grocery store for gourmet takeaways.
  

The entire space has been redesigned to dramatize the offering. On the first floor, large banquettes facing the garden, XXL chandeliers and anArt Nouveau decor. On the mezzanine level, a plant decor, cane furniture and large mirrors echo the garden. The restaurant is designed to be an extension of the museum, inviting discovery and openness to the world.

A totally redesigned offering awaits us in the very near future at this free museum that we love so much. With its sublime central hidden garden, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, it's certainly a charming place to relax near the Champs-Elysées.

Note that this isn't the only spot in Paris where you can treat yourself at a museum. With Goku's new rooftop at the Musée Guimet, Fabula at the Musée Carnavalet and the charming Rose Bakery at the Maison de Balzac and the Musée de la Vie Romantique, there's no shortage of good ideas.
