Ice-cream maker Gérard Taurin, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, opens the doors of his first ice-cream shop in Paris, at 27 rue de Lévis. Since the end of June 2023, you can enjoy delicious, exceptional ice creams, 7 days a week.

Ice-cream maker Gérard Taurin, renowned for his exceptional expertise, has set up store in Paris, opening at the end of June 2023. Located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, at 27 rue de Lévis, Gérard Taurin's ice cream creations are available every day of the week.

The Parisian outlet is a real invitation to taste, in a hushed, chic atmosphere. The atmosphere is similar to that of the Bois-Colombes and Deauville boutiques in the Paris region, and is a continuation of Gérard Taurin's recipe for success.

The opening of this 35 m2 boutique marks a new stage in the career of Gérard Taurin, trained at Lenôtre and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000. Having started his business in Mortagne-au-Perche, then sold his company to entrepreneur Benjamin Vanhaeverbeek in 2022, this new outlet is an achievement for the artisan.

Gérard Taurin's ice creams stand out thanks to the company's philosophy of "naturalness, passion for good products and innovation". The recipes, developed in the Perche region of France, are 100% locally produced. The raw materials are meticulously selected by the ice cream chef himself. The milk used comes from organic Perche farms where the cows are exclusively grass-fed.
