Noo York: Organic and tasty American hot-dogs and bagels

In the Marais, a few steps from the Centre Pompidou, there is only one address for hot-dog lovers: Noo-York. At 46 rue des Gravilliers, you can find hot-dogs, bagels, milkshakes and homemade desserts, with organic and seasonal products, for small prices!

Fancy a hot dog or a bagel in the Beaubourg district? Go to 46, rue des Gravilliers, for a 100% American meal. The boss Sargin proposes us different recipes, soups or salads, smoothies and milkshakes and some desserts, all home made with organic products! Only one address: Noo-York.

Fresh products, delivered by local bakers, butchers and market gardeners. Homemade, made to order, right in front of your eyes. Seasonal, organic and artisanal products, for maximum quality. Sargin and his restaurant Noo-York have all the ingredients to offer us a good meal.

The hot dog and bagel buns are fresh, prepared the same day. The bagels are prepared with four different breads: plain, sesame, cheese or poppy. A vegetarian and a vegan recipe should delight every palate. On the hot dog side, the beef sausage is accompanied by cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, fried onions or peppers depending on the recipe.

Sargin offers the traditional hot dog recipes: a sausage in a long, plump bun, fried onions, a good dose of ketchup and mustard: simple but effective, a real treat. For those who want to vary the pleasures, the Texaco (beef, peppers, fried onions and barbecue sauce) is also worth a visit. The restaurant owner has invented most of the recipes on his menu, and experiments with the bagel of the day as he pleases.

The diversity of the bagel options makes us want to come back regularly to try all the recipes. Pastrami, salmon, chicken, tuna, avocado, tomato, cucumber... So many good products! Noo-York is a street-food restaurant, of course! But of quality. Special mention to the Soprano bagel, as delicious hot as cold (tested and approved!).

To complete the menu, let yourself be seduced by the homemade soups and salads. They change every day, depending on the products that Sargin receives from the market. In the winter, pumpkin, lentil-coral or other comforting vegetable soups warm us up. As soon as the sun comes out, we move on to the salads, prepared before our eyes.

The portions are generous and the desserts are a pleasant end to the meal. If we want to stay in the American vein, we throw ourselves on the homemade cookies. For more lightness, we opt for the home-made fruit salad, always prepared with seasonal products, or we choose the dessert of the day.

And since hot dogs and bagels are the ultimate take-out meals, you'd be wrong to deprive yourself of them. In the summer, the lucky ones can take advantage of a table on the terrace, very pleasant to drink a milkshake or a fresh and homemade smoothie.
