Ingredients :
- 20g of neutral oil
- 120g of butter
- 200g of dark chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of flour

Preparation:
Melt the dark chocolate, butter and neutral oil in a double boiler.
In a bowl, mix the 5 eggs and the sugar until the mixture is homogeneous.
Mix the two together and mix well.
Add the flour in a fine rain and mix.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and bake for 8 minutes in individual buttered and floured molds.
