Recipe of the guacamole minute of Sanjay Dwivedi

Ingredients:
1 avocado
½ tsp finely chopped red pepper
¼ tsp finely chopped red onion
1 lime to squeeze
1 pinch of chopped coriander
1 pinch of sea salt

Preparation:

So here we have a Hass avocado.

We cut in half and remove the avocado.

We sprinkle with red pepper, red onion and chopped coriander.

Then we season with salt and squeeze the lime. More or less according to your taste.
