Recipe of the feta cheese with honey of Peloponnese of Juan Arbelaez

For 2 persons

Ingredients:
- 100g of feta cheese from Lemnos Kalios (1 piece of feta cheese in block)
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of Kalios thyme honey

Preparation:

Flour your piece of feta, coat it with flour and pat off the excess.

In a not too hot, non-stick pan, place your feta piece and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Dressing:

Place your piece of feta while still warm on the plate, pour the honey generously over it and enjoy.

Do not hesitate to add walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, to bring a little crunch!
