Bioburger, the organic fast food in Paris

Bioburger is the only 100% organic establishment to position itself as a fast food chain. By working exclusively with certified organic suppliers, Bioburger assures its customers an irreproachable traceability of the product and proposes a new and healthier hamburger. At Bioberger, all the products are organically grown (bread, meat, cheese, salad, potatoes, sauce, oil...).

In the restaurant of the Passage Choiseul (2nd), you will find :

• a point of sale and a "delicatessen" corner on the first floor
• a room of about twenty places on the 1st floor
• a cosy corner of about ten places on the 2nd floor.

Within the restaurant, all packaging is biodegradable, recycled or recyclable. Bioburger thus enters into a more thorough approach of sustainable development.

To go further in this approach, within the establishment, there is a system of participative sorting. Customers can participate in the preservation of our environment by sorting recyclable waste, glass and household garbage.

With its success, Bioburger has opened a second restaurant, on rue de la Victoire, whichwe have tested in another paper.

• Burger from 6,6€ (until 11,50€)
• Side dishes at 2€ or 3€.
• Dessert from 1,5€ to 2,3€
• Drinks from 1,2€ (up to 4€ for beer)

There are hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bacon burgers, BBQ burgers and pepper burgers, all certified organic, to be enjoyed with fries or a mixed salad. For vegetarians, the veggie version costs 50 cents less, so take note!

"We wanted to make the organic food more accessible, so we bet on the speed of service and on the price. The organic raw materials being more expensive than the traditional ones, we had to reduce our margin in order to allow our customers to eat organic without paying more. Thanks to us, many customers are discovering organic agriculture for which they were not ready to spend more" say Louis Frack and Anthony Darré, co-founders of Bioburger.
