L'After du Salon de l'Agriculture: evening cruise, gastronomy & clubbing on a barge in Paris

The River's King barge invites you to"L'After du Salon de l'Agriculture", to round off the 60th edition of this not-to-be-missed event in the French calendar. On Friday, February 28, 2025, from 6:00 p.m., come aboard the famous boat, moored at Quai de Grenelle, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, and enjoy an evening of tasting, cruising and clubbing, with the City of Light as your backdrop.

This year's Salon de l'Agriculture 2026 takes place from February 21 to March 1, 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in the 15th arrondissement. This 62nd edition brings together over 1,000 breeders and 4,000 animals over 9 days of events, from 9am to 7pm every day. [Read more]

On deck, regional gastronomy is on display at stalls manned by producers from all over France. From charcuterie boards from the South-West to oysters from Brittany, raclettes, crêpes and gourmet waffles, the "After" promises a real feast for the taste buds in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

It's also a chance to meet the farmers and exhibitors at the show, chat, have a laugh and even sing along! The most beautiful regional folk songs will resound throughout the evening in honor of these essential players in our economy.

And to make the moment even more special, the barge will set off for a 2-hour cruise on the Seine (weather permitting). What better way to take in the sights? After all that eating, drinking and singing, the party goes on from 10:30 p.m. in the downstairs room, until the wee hours of the morning!
