It’s common knowledge, in addition to be delicious, coconut quenches your thirst and reduces the feeling of being full. So, for summer, many people run for pasteurized coconut water. But to taste real coconuts, an address has just opened in Paris! Head to the Montorgueil neighborhood to push the doors of Jonjon’s Cocobar.
Behind the curtain of this very first Cocobar in Paris, we find Parisian brand Jonjon’s Coconuts that has been for three years creating coco bars for events and pop up coco bars. Since early June 2018, Jonjon’s Coconuts has launched its first take away by opening this small and very colorful store inspired by California.
For a guaranteed trip to the sun, Jonjon’s Cocobar coco waiters open fresh coconuts directly before your eyes. Coming from Thailand, they are treated with respect and “cruelty free”.
On the menu? The irresistible cocoshakes (smoothies based on coconut) made on order, with unique and healthy flavors to enjoy directly from the coconut. Fall for the “Coco Tigre Suprême” for example, a smoothie based on fresh coconut water and flesh, pineapple, expresso, coffee beans.
But Jonjon’s Cocobar also offers coffees, teas, lattes with spices as well as homemade sweet snacks: banana bread, coconut yogurt granolas, matcha tea cookie and even vegan and gluten-free muffins.
So, ready for a coconut diet this summer?
