Cocktail and Italian flavor fans are expected at Bar Torino set in the heart of Eataly to enjoy – all summer long – the alcoholic specialties the place has in store. Spritz, amaretto, negroni, limoncello… As many beverages to discover for a unique journey to the heart of Italy.

Discovering the authentic Italian conviviality… This is what Eataly offers with its Bar Torino, a spot offering a whole range of cocktails and treats to enjoy all summer long. the perfect place to enjoy an aperitivo all’italiana, like in Turin. A true place to meet colleagues and friends and to have an unparalleled “moment of joie de vivre”!

As for cocktails, the house has the greatest classics of the Italian mixology including the now famous Spritz available in all shapes: Aperol, bitter or even elderflower liquor… There’s something for everyone! And moving on to food, “generosity and pleasure are given pride of place” including a selection of boards and salads, bruschetta, pizza all apala or even the irresistible scarpetta al pomodoro.

Bar Torino, l'aperitivo comme à Turin chez Eataly

A summer and Mediterranean atmosphere strengthened by the terrace that makes of it the “perfect place to have an appetizer and enjoy spring and summer days”. An aperitivo the editorial board tried... Our verdict? Go there! The House provides, at dinner time, a special menu with piadine, small plates to create with everything available.

We went for the caponata, a sort of cold and fresh ratatouille, very tasty, as well as a plate of prosciutto San Daniele... The best of the best. To accompany everything, we went for a spritz, a genuine one, with bitter Campari (the Aperol version is also provided) and a Negroni to chill out on one of the calmest and most private Parisian terraces.

In other words, THE spot to escape to Italy for a drink… Shall we go, friends? And we remind you that alcohol abuse is bad for your health, please drink responsibly.
