Summer is often a good time for discovering beautiful surprises in Paris. And this year is no exception, with a new and panoramic terrace to discover on the Seine. Its name? À L’Ouest. Behind this wide open-air terrace, there are three big names from the Parisian food and party world for over 20 years, naming Filipe Alves (La Démesure sur Seine), Nicolas Levy (Les Ambassadeurs), and Jean-Gilles Tinas. The three friends have decided to set up their new trendy and festive place on the deck of the Concorde Atlantique in Paris 7th arrondissement.
For now, because of the current context, A l’Ouest terrace is open every day from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. when the weather allows it. But Parisians we know the place well are happy since a project to spread it on the quays is planned in the summer, with bigger opening times, and a total surface covering 800sqm.
With its double panoramic terrace filled with flowers, A L’Ouest makes you feel far away from Paris, even though you are on the Seine and enjoying unobstructed views on Paris’ legendary monuments and places: the Grand Palais, the Tuileries, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Pont Alexandre III bridge.
In addition to its happening bar, the summer terrace will satisfy your cravings with the food court restaurant and the menu created by chef Salim Asselate, who has worked for Mandarin Oriental, L’Alliance, and Anco. For A L’Ouest, he came up with tasty dishes based on seasonal produces. On the menu? Di buffalo salad, ceviche, beef carpaccio, without forgetting boards of cheeses and cold cuts?
To top it all, the terrace also provides acoustic concerts and DJ sets, to make your nights even more beautiful.
So, how about enjoying this new summer spot in Paris 7th arrondissement? Meet from now on the Concorde Atlantique deck to discover the new trendy, and friendly terrace A L’Ouest.
