Sequoia is the name of the rooftop bar at the Kimpton St Honoré Paris, designed by the famous architect Charles Zana and offering a360° view over the rooftops of Paris and its emblematic monuments, from the Opera to the Eiffel Tower. To discover it, head for the 10th floor of this beautiful hotel on Boulevard des Capucines. This iswhere you'll find a sublime 300m2 seasonal terrace with seating for 80, in a setting that pays homage to the Parisian art of living. This is where Parisians of all ages come to enjoy an impressive panorama of the Haussmann landscape while sipping chilled cocktails.
The menu features a selection of wines, champagnes and summer mixology creations. For this season, head bartender Thomas has unveiled a menu highlighting one of the key vacation cocktails: the Spritz. The Spritz is available in several versions: Aperol, Liqueur Saint-Germain, Liqueur Candide and Italicus. To accompany it all, there are tapas to share, including homemade guacamole, pink hummus, as well as maki and sushi. Perfect for summer refreshment! Please note, however, that a minimum consumption of €40 per person is required here.
For the record, this spot once belonged to La Samaritaine. It housed the luxury boutiques. Today, this architectural jewel, listed as a historical monument, is a hotel with a restaurant-bar on the first floor (Montecito) and a rooftop Sequoia that should please lovers of beautiful views.
