Yule logs 2019 are currently being introduced to the world and day after day, we discover the flavors likely to proudly sit on our Christmas tables.

Among those yule logs, Relais Dessert pastry chefs 2019 present their yule logs, including Arnaud Larher who’s just unveiled his.

This year, the MOF’s yule log is called “Bûche Forêt Noire”, a modernized revisit of the famous French pastry, the Black Forest!

Topping a chocolate cake twisted with morello cherry juice, a range of textures with 65% cocoa dark chocolate mousse, crunchy dark chocolate mix, vanilla-infused whipped cream flavored with kirsch and the cake is decorated with cherries and chocolate shavings.
