And three! After the success of their first bakery-patisserie, and their second address opened last year, Bo&Mie is about to open the third Bo&Mie bakery on Saturday October 24, 2020, a stone’s throw from the Louvre and its squared courtyard, at 91 rue de Rivoli.
Set in the heart of Paris, this new Bo&Mie bakery stands out from the previous two addresses because of its size and location. Yes indeed, this spot covers 3 floors and about 400sqm (including 250sqm devoted to reception and sale).
“With this new project, we wish to keep what has been making the success of BO&MIE so far (quality of the products, reception, price), while improving our reception ability to the maximum. With 250sqm fully devoted to sale, we hope we will be able to receive our clients in the best conditions possible in a magical setting, just across the Louvre” Bo&Mie founder Jean-François Bandet says.
In this bakery-patisserie 2.0, gourmets can taste creations between tradition and originality: viennoiseries, breads, as well as pastries and tarts of all kinds. For the record Bo&Mie is all about craft pastries, breads and viennoiseries for a reasonable cost.
To take up this new challenge, Bo&Mie founders Jean-François Bandet and Magali Szekula have decided to improve the Bo&Mie teams by recruiting a new pastry chef, Nicolas Wickart who will improve the pastry offer.
