As it happens every year, Nicolas Cloiseau from La Maison du Chocolat wished to dazzle us, surprise us and seduce us with creations especially concocted for the Holidays 2019.
This time, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier chef invites us to experience a very gourmet travel thanks to strong symbols characterizing the Holidays: snowflakes, snow, ice floe…
First, let’s see the famous and unmissable exceptional chocolate piece to discover in very limited edition. This creation – entirely handmade – is revolving around the famous snowball with snowflakes, an ice floe and a polar bear inside. as usual, this artistic piece is impressive because of its size and weight (40cm wide for 5kg).
And there’s also the incredible work provided by Nicolas Cloiseau and his team who came up with this dark chocolate ball with 2000 perforations, encircling 5 walls finely carved with 150 snowflakes of 4 different sizes.
Composition: Ivory chocolate polar bear and ice floe. Gold leaf finish, ivory velvet chocolate, shiny dark chocolate or satin-smooth milk chocolate. Chocolate base.

Let’s continue with another artistic piece to discover in limited edition, the “Flocon Eternel”. Here, chocolate knotworks – based on caramelized almonds – tell about Christmas in its most wonderful hours.
Composition: Artistic piece in limited edition, entirely handmade. One size, weighing 145g. Knotwork chocolate base with 11 chocolate snowflakes put on caramelized almond mendiant chocolates. Gold leaf finish, ivory velvet chocolate, shiny dark or satin-smooth milk chocolate.

We continue with the very beautiful and delicious Bûche Signature “Etoile de Neige”. Behind this poetic name, we have a Madagascar chocolate mousse and a delicious ganache.
Composition: Madagascar chocolate mousse, fresh poached pears, blackcurrant from Burgundy confit, Madagascar ganache disc, rolled chocolate and blackcurrant berries cake, chocolate streusel and fleur de sel cake chunks.
Price: €95. Available in store from December 21 to 24, 2019.
And what would Christmas be without the famous chocolate box? This time, the collection is elevated in a figurative and poetic universe as painted by Boris Zaion. Inside these boxes? Chocolate candies delivering many flavors at each bite!

Last but not least, the famous Advent Calendar with 24 chocolates.
