To celebrate its 10th anniversary, Alterfood – the startup actively participating in changing the French food-processing landscape with positive and ethical ecosystems (from soil to plate) and ecofriendly innovations – set up a pop-up store from September 16 to October 10, 2019 at the Galeries Lafayette Gourmet.
Called Lab Alterfood, this area will be devoted to healthy and innovative food. The occasion to discover the latest trends in terms of food, such as this tasty and clean nut bar, or this superfood bottle based on coconut milk, whole cereals and blended fruits combined with ingredients known for their vitality.
On the menu of this pop-up store, tasting sessions, conferences as well as panels and workshops for the general public who will be able to talk with Alterfood teams and its founder Alexis Vaillant, as well as the partnering farmers such as Marcel Bal (Marcel Bio) and Marie d’Hennezel (Infusion).
In other words, the place to be to discover what tomorrow’s food will be about and we hope it will be healthier, more natural, more transparent and eco-friendlier, of course!
