For the beginning of the school year, Hôtel de Crillon makes you discover new culinary experience at lunchtime within its bar and restaurants.
As a matter of fact, Chef Christopher Hache expects you in his starred restaurant L’Ecrin on Thursdays and Fridays at lunchtime to enjoy a flavorful menu. This is how you can discover as a starter the Choufleur/Sésame [Cauliflower/Sesame] or Girolles/Tartelettes [Girolle mushrooms/Tartlets], as main courses the Caille/Farcis [Quail/Stuffed vegetables] or the Lieu jaune/artichaut [Pollack/Artichoke] and for dessert, you can taste pastry chef Pablo Gicquet’s know-how. The whole is accompanied with tasty wines selected by chef sommelier Xavier Thuizat.
Allow €95 for the lunch set menu including a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Starting September 4, 2018, Brasserie d’Aumont, set between the Cour d’Honneur and the Cour Gabriel, offers you a new lunch menu. As usual, Chef Justin Schmitt reinterprets classics of the French gastronomy.
The new menu includes an oeuf parfait, pan-fried ceps, parsley “royale”, roasted monkfish in seaweed crust, confit and grilled ratte potatoes and rum baba.
The menu is available from Monday to Friday for €55 including a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert or €65 including a starter, a main course and a dessert.
Let’s not forget that in the Hôtel de Crillon lobby, Les Ambassadeurs bar usually attracts night-owls. This September, you can go there and have lunch with a menu called “Le 45” including a meal of the day and a coffee (€45) and you can be sure it’ll be served in 45 minutes!
Or if you’d rather, there’s for example the irresistible “Croque Lady, poultry and quail egg” or even the “Lobster roll, brioche bread, lobster with mayonnaise and chives”.
From now on you can lunch every day at Les Ambassadeurs bar.
