Le Grand Mazarin, the new Paris hotel from the Maisons Pariente group, has just opened its doors in the heart of the Marais district. An exceptional new address, like an interlude of luxury and elegance in a district that's vibrant day and night.

Following on from Crillon le Brave in Provence, Le Coucou in Méribel and Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez, Maisons Pariente unveils Le Grand Mazarin, its brand-new 5-star hotel in Paris, which has opened in the heart of the Marais district. An ideal location, at the epicenter of new trends, in a lively district radiating creativity!

Conceived as an elegant private home, the Grand Mazarin 's 61 rooms and 11 suites take on the features of a revisited French classicism. Artistic director Martin Brudnizki, a renowned Swedish interior designer, expresses his modern vision of Parisian luxury, blending styles and eras. The architect was particularly inspired by the"literary salons" of yesteryear, which evoke elegance and refinement, an idea in perfect symbiosis with the aura of the Marais.

"I love the concept of the literary salon of yesteryear, the "salonniers" were one of the main sources of inspiration when designing Le Grand Mazarin. We wanted the hotel to feel as if it had always been part of the Marais landscape. So we drew inspiration from the great Houses of the aristocratic era, where leading figures in literature, art and music would gather in sumptuous residences to indulge in the pleasures of letters and fine conversation. Our concept for Le Grand Mazarin was to revive this atmosphere and adapt it to contemporary times, where guests feel at home and have the freedom to express themselves" Martin Brudnizki.

A warm, whimsical architectural concept that called on the expertise of Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant craftsmen to faithfully recreate the decorative elements of yesteryear.
