Feydeau resto: the new delicatessen x restaurant by Papa Sapiens

After two delicatessens on rue Bayen and rue de Bourgogne, Papa Sapiens open a delicatessen doubling up as a restaurant, Feydeau Resto. The occasion to discover nice terroir products and enjoy them in their cooked versions by chef Clément Flumian.

Big first at Papa Sapiens. After two delicatessens open in Paris (rue Bayen and Rue de Bourgogne), the tribe opens a third delicatessen, rue Feydeau, with a dozen fresh products filling up the shelves.

But this new made in Papa Sapiens address isn’t only a delicatessen, no, no, it’s a delicatessen doubling up as a restaurant, hence the name Feydeau Resto! After (or even before!) filling up your basket, you can choose to wait in the dining room to enjoy the products cooked by chef Clément Flumian.

But what do we actually eat? At lunchtime, we have dishes without fuss highlighting the tasty products from the delicatessen, leeks with vinaigrette and Piedmont hazelnuts, flank steak from the Ferme de Clavisy served with baby potatoes, candied shallots and wild garlic, or even quinoa, carrots and spring turnips for vegetarians. Here, vegetables are local, organic and available in short circuit.

At dinnertime, the menu changes and fits needs and friends with tapas to share: mixed boards with pasterma, Emmmanuel Chavassieux dry sausage, Kalamanta feta by Alexandros Rallis, mozzarella from La Fattoria… But you can also enjoy dinner with cooked dishes such as the pâté en croute by Rodolphe Paquin, tartare by Alexandre Polmard and even the artisanal ham bone croque-monsieur by Franck Leurond.

And for lazy ones who don’t feel like moving to Feydeau Resto, Papa Sapiens set up a catering service directly delivering at your place. You don’t need to leave your couch to enjoy the small dishes created by the chef on the occasion (mini croque, chef’s cup, porto foie gras lollypop, beef maki..)!
