And that's 3! Chef Tomy Gousset has opened his third Parisian restaurant: Marso & Co. We tested it and loved it!

Tomy Gousset is unstoppable! Less than three years after opening Tomy & co - a Michelin-starred restaurant since January 2019 - and Hugo & co, this chef in a thousand hats is continuing his drive to bring his delicious recipes and incredible ideas to Paris with the opening of a third restaurant, Marso & Co, in the 13th arrondissement.

This time, Tomy Gousset has decided to give pride of place to Mediterranean cuisine, with his usual exotic combinations and generous plates.

Start with focaccia with olive oil, garlic confit spread, tapenade and eggplant caviar (9€); eggplant confit, anchovies, tomatoes, pesto and pine nuts (9€) or sea bass tartare, mint ricotta and carasao bread (14€).

For starters, we were tempted by thehummus with herbs, tomato confit, garlic confit and pine nuts (8€), of which we'd heard such good things (and rightly so!), the gourmet chorizo skewer flambéed in brandy (10€) and the octopus with fennel salad and orange vinaigrette (15€), all original and delicious combinations.

For the main courses, Italian pasta is the order of the day, with Fregola with burrata, 'nduja, tomatoes, celery and savory (18€), but also and above all the incredible and unforgettable lamb confit, apricots, spring onions, yogurt and rice (19€), a mer-veille.

For dessert, the panna cotta gets an orange blossom twist, with cherries (9€), while the Pasteis de Nata (9€) take us back to Portugal and are perfectly paired with a chocolate-coffee ganache.

If all these goodies don't tempt you to take a trip to the 13th arrondissement...

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.

This test was conducted as part of a professional invitation. If your experience differs from ours, please mention it in the comments.
