It’s a very first for Burgundy Paris pastry chef Pascal Hainigue. For his first Christmas at the Parisian hotel, the pastry chef cooked his very first yule log.
Pascal Hainigue offers then a graphic 3D rectangular creation, a nod to sculptor César’s work and his original compressions.
In terms of tasting, three flavors mainly come out that will manage to conquer your mouths: yuzu, praline and chocolate!
For the record, this yule log 2017 will be served at the Hotel Bar Le Baudelaire from December 15 to 26, 2017.
