Every year, we’re impatient to discover the original Easter chocolates designed by Edwart Chocolatier! Because foodies addicted to cocoa know it, whoever says new themed collection also means creative, magic and unique universe!

Edwart Chocolatier Easter 2019 collection is no exception to the rule!

During this intergalactic journey, they discovered a new planet, the planet Trekull inhabited by creatures as cute as delicious: the Hillis.

From this fantastic expedition, the adventuring chocolate maker brought in his luggage many treasures giving pride of place to Pure Plantation chocolate (chocolate from beans from only one plantation), charcoal chocolate and Pistachio chocolate. The 3 star ingredients of the Easter 2019 collection by Edwart Chocolatier.

We find for instance the Hillis and the Mini-Hillis, small mischievous monsters, as well as the magnificent Oeuf Galaxie with the shell made of chocolate / pistachio praline and the Oeuf Pistache, a hatching egg upholstered with pistachios from Iran.

These exclusive creations are accompanied by the house’s best-sellers: the iconic Oeuf Grain (filled with French hazelnut praline spread), the sheep and the hen, chocolates filled with surprises, 38% milk chocolate from Tanzania mini eggs and 78% dark chocolate from Tanzania chocolate, the small Oeufs pralinés with recipes changing every year. The milk chocolate egg holds a hazelnut praline and feuilletine (crêpe dentelle). It's crispy. As for the dark chocolate egg, this year, it's filled with pistachio praline, an original and slightly salty recipe.

EASTER COLLECTION 2019

All Easter creations are made of Pure Plantation chocolate from Tanzania (68% cocoa for dark chocolate and 38% cocoa for milk chocolate).

THE HILLIS (340g) – €39
Kull, Uhli and Charb are part of the Hillis tribe, ancestral monsters coming from the Tekull planet. Their diet? Pistachio!
Mini chocolates filling: pistachio and feuilletine praline eggs, grignotines, tiny chocolates.
Base filling: feuilletine praline
Available in dark chocolate and milk chocolate (according to the eggs).

THE MINI-HILLIS (130g) – €19
Although very different, these mini-monsters are inseparable. They spend their time practicing their powers and impersonate their oldest.
Filling: pistachio and feuilletine praline eggs, grignotines, tiny chocolates.

OEUF GALAXIE (370g) – €45
Every Hilli comes from the Oeuf Galaxie. Their hard shell is made of pistachio and charcoal and shelters them for 5 months.

OEUF PISTACHE (215g) – €49
This egg is unique: it only holds the future leaders of the planet Trekull. Hatching out, we can see the inside of its shell upholstered with pistachio, as well as adorable mini Hillis showing up.

MOUTON GASTON & POULETTE HENRIETTE (130g) – €15
The brave Gaston and the stylish Henriette are always on the job and ready to go on new adventures! They are currently visiting Trekull in order to study the Hillis up close.

OEUF GRAIN (125g) – €12
A must on Easter tables, the Oeuf Grain is back!
Filling: hazelnut praline and caramelized hazelnut chops.

SMALL PISTACHIO PRALINE EGGS (200g) – €18 & FEUILLETINE (200g) – €14
Edwart’s small mischievous eggs are available in two recipes: Trekull pistachio praline for the dark chocolate version and feuilletine for the milk chocolate.
Available in dark chocolate or milk chocolate.

MINI CHOCOLATES (200g) – €13
These small Easter characters made of Grand Cru de Tanzanie chocolate are crispy and smooth.

The Easter collection 2019 is available from March 7, to April 21, 2019 in the two Edwart stores in Paris (17 rue Vieille du Temple and 224 rue de Rivoli) and online. Only mini eggs and praline eggs can be shipped.
