For this new year 2022, the chef reinvents once more curves with elegant and even bends and twists. For this creation, Bartocetti came up with a flaky Vienna bread with a fluffy and smooth texture, deliciously crunchy and buttery.
But what is it made of, you ask? Well, for this tasty creation, the chef has decided to go for cassia cinnamon frangipane, with sour and spicy hints with a strong and peppery taste. The delicate and spicy flavors remind us of our childhood's gingerbread.
