Music lovers, we have some good news! The American festival Lollapalooza launched in 1991 by Jane’s Addiction leader, Perry Farrell, is coming to France in 2020.
Seen as one of the biggest festivals in the world, gathering over 120,000 festival goers per day in Chicago each summer, Lollapalooza has been created in the United States in the early 90’s.
Buoyed by this success, in 2011 Lollapalooza won over Santiago, Chile, São Paulo, Brazil, in 2012 before coming to Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2014.
But, the festival did not stop here since it even reached Berlin, Germany, in 2015.
In 2017, Lollapalooza came to France, in Paris, for its very first edition. Facing the success, the event is coming back to Paris Hippodrome de Longchamp on Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19, 2020 with an explosive lineup!
Remember, in 2018, the festival welcomed Depeche Mode as well as The Killers, Diplo, Noel Gallagher, Stereophonics and even Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Kasabian.
In 2019, it welcomed The Strokes, Twenty One Pilots, Orelsan, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals as well as Martin Garrix, IAM, Bad Bunny and The 1975.
In 2020, Lollapalooza Paris is delighted to have young American artist Billie Eilish for her only show in France! The occasion for her to return on her first studio album called "When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go?". Meet very soon to discover the rest of the lineup for the edition 2020!
