It's a well-known fact that the summer season is an ideal time for music festivals of all kinds. Solidays, We Love Green, Lollapalooza and Rock en Seine are just some of the festivals that flock to the Paris region every summer. But as music lovers know, the winter season is also a time to flock to concert halls to enjoy live music.
Winter 2024 is no exception. Several music festivals are invading Paris and the Île-de-France region, offering Parisians a rich and eclectic program featuring both established and up-and-coming artists.
The first dance steps should be taken at 360 Music Factory and Lafayette Anticipations, with the 17th edition of the"Au fil des voix" event, and the 6th edition of the Closer Music Festival.
Then it's off to the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique for two not-to-be-missed music festivals this winter. On one side is theHyper Weekend Festival, featuring Jeanne Added, Barbara Pravi, Kids Return, Luidji, Sheila, Frànçois Atlas, Thomas de Pourquery and L'Impératrice. On the other hand, music lovers are in for a treat with the new edition of the Présences festival. This year, the spotlight is on American composer Steve Reich.
And let's not forget Les Inrocks festival , with a heavyweight line-up this year, including The Libertines!
