For seventeen years now, the"Au Fil des Voix" festival has been bringing us unique artists and exceptional music from the four corners of the globe. After a wonderful edition in 2023, the"Au fil des Voix" festival announces its return in 2024. For this new edition, the musical event will once again take up residence in two Parisian venues - theAlhambra and the 360 Music Paris Factory - from January 20 to February 8, 2024.
On the program? An opening evening at 360 Paris Music Factory, featuring a wonderful encounter between Aziz Sahmaoui (University of Gnawa) and Eric Longsworth, composer and cellist. Both will be joined byAdhil Mirghani on percussion to unveil the " Il fera beau demain matin jusqu'à midi " project.
The rest of the program looks promising, with Julia Sarr on January 25. Originally from West Africa, she is considered one of the most original vocal artists! On January 27, Zsuzsanna will be accompanied by her accordion. Then, on February 5, Patricia Essong continues her sonic storytelling with folk, jazzy and blues sounds.
To close the festival, don't miss Natalia Doco at the Alhambra, presenting her third album,"La Sagrada".
With this eclectic program, the "Au Fil des Voix" Festival confirms its vocation to honor the sounds of five continents and to thrill with innovative fusions.
