Star Wars fans will be happy since the saga is back on the silver screen and accompanied by a live orchestra! On January 4 and 5, 2019, Paris Philharmonie organizes for the first time, four film-concerts dedicated to Star Wars, and more precisely to the first episodes of the original trilogy.
On Friday, at 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., (re)discover A New Hope, the fourth episode of the space opera. On Saturday, at the same time, will be devoted to The Empire Strikes Back, and of course, the Imperial March will be performed. A theme, we’re sure, will be enhanced by the live symphonic orchestra. In other words, the most motivated fans can spend two days in the row in Star Wars mode.
In the wonderful Salle Pierre Boulez of the Philharmonie, let yourself carried away by the intergalactic universe of the George Lucas movies thanks to the very beautiful soundtrack composed by John Williams. The soundtrack will be performed by the Orchestre national d’Île de France directed by Ernst van Tiel.
Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Princess Leila and of course Darth Vader expect you from January 2019!
