Four years after “What Went Down”, British members of Foals have announced to be back with an album but also with a tour.
In terms of new record, brace yourself because it’s heavy since Foals will actually release two albums this year. “Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1” is expected for March 8 while “Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 2” will be out this Fall.
In the meantime, the band has already released a first single called “Exits”, just to help us wait:
Note that the disc is the first album without bassist Walter Gervers who left the band in 2018.
And to honor this new opus, Yannis Philippakis and friends announce their return on stage with a new European tour planning to stop by cities such as Brussels, Milan, Amsterdam, Berlin, Manchester, Glasgow, London, Dublin…
In Paris, save the date…. Foals expect you all on Monday May 13, 2019 for an exclusive show at the Bataclan.
For the record, Foals had released 4 albums included three ranked in top 10 of the charts: “Antidote”, (#3 in 2007), “Total Life Forever” (#8 in 2010) and “Holy Fire”(#2 in 2013). The latest opus, “What Went Down” was released on August 28, 2015.
For sure, Foals new musical project will seduce our ears. A piece of advice then: Don’t forget their return live and don’t forget they come to Paris on May 13, 2019. Tickets go on sale this Friday February 1, 2019 at 10 a.m. (Paris time).
