Japan's Kazuyuki Tanaka, of the Racine restaurant in Reims, is settling down in the capital for a gastronomic pop-up. From March 13 to April 3, 2025, the Hôtel Lutetia (Paris 6e) welcomes the two-starred chef for a residency at Saint-Germain, his iconic restaurant on the Left Bank. For one month, the chef will offer an exclusive menu inspired by his world, combining Japanese precision and local French produce.
