There's no need to book a plane ticket to go to the other side of the world, just head to Crécy-La-Chapelle, in Seine-et-Marne (77) to discover Parrot World.

Inaugurated in mid-August 2020, this unique park offers a breathtaking immersion into the world of Amazonian and Patagonian species. And with good reason: inone of Europe's largest aviaries, multicolored parrots fly freely above you in a harmonious aerial ballet, while on land, pink flamingos, giant otters, penguins, capybaras and even jaguars evolve in a space reproducing their natural habitat. And good news: for the All Saints' vacation period, Parrot World is offering an attractive program that should delight young and old alike! This year, from October 7 to November 12 , 2023, immerse yourself in South American culture and celebrate "El Dia de Los Muertos".

For this occasion, Parrot World is moving away from witches and ghosts, and adopting a more cheerful atmosphere to celebrate this special day in Mexican culture.

Every day from 2 p.m., the park offers a range of creative activities: coloring, writing or origami, Mexican culture can be discovered in all its forms!

On October 25 and November 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.,children are invited to choose their favorite animal or motifs in the colors of Día de Los Muertos, and on October 30 and 31, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., they can have their face painted by a professional. Every day, visitors can take part in a game about extinct animals, and admire the altars set up in their honor:garlands, flowers and decorations are set up to pay tribute to extinct species and learn more about them .And don't forget the creative activities on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.

Finally, to celebrate Halloween in good spirits, the park will be free on October 31 for children under 12, provided they come in disguise! And don't miss the mariachi concert on November 1 from 3 to 5 pm.
