Throughout the year, the Air and Space Museum sparks wonder in both children and adults alike. With its extraordinary exhibits, engaging exhibitions, interactive zones, and family-friendly events, the museum in Seine-Saint-Denis truly knows how to make visitors' eyes shine with delight!
And he's not planning to stop there. The Air & Space Museum invites us to revisit its dedicated space for children, with a major fun-filled event that turns an ordinary Sunday into a day of celebration!
On Sunday, April 19, 2026, don't miss My Family Aboard, a full day packed with shows, games, and activities designed especially for young visitors. It’s the perfect way to kick off the spring and Easter holidays in Île-de-France!

All activities are included with the museum ticket, but with the potential for crowds, some of the attractions can fill up quickly. - Information Desk ("Arrival" Counter)
Head to the Information Point in the main entrance hall of the museum for all event details. You’ll also find Héli’s satchels and activity booklets there, which, through fun games and creative workshops, provide an engaging way to explore the museum’s collections.
And don’t forget to take part in the always-winning raffle for a chance to leave with a special museum souvenir (one entry per person)!
- Egg Squadron Challenge
Embark on a journey through the museum’s exhibits by answering questions and collecting your surprise at the Information Point.

- “To Space and Beyond” Show
To extend your visit to the “Little Steps on the Moon” exhibit, join us for the “To Space and Beyond” show. Meet astronaut Gali, lost in space! Mechanics Nestor and scientist Zenon jump aboard an interactive rocket to help find her. The countdown is on! From Saturn’s rings to Mars, get ready for an adventure full of daring, mischief, and imagination as our space travelers explore new worlds. Along the way, they’ll land on the Moon, marvel at a superstar star, discover an unknown planet, build a curious machine, and encounter surprises that will change the course of their journey… Join this exciting expedition and prepare to reach for the stars!

- Little Story: Caroline’s Balloon
Caroline has lost her red balloon... Feeling sad, she sets off to find it both on the ground and in the sky. Join your little one, guided by a storyteller, on an extraordinary adventure full of surprises and lovable characters. A whirlwind of colors and emotions will delight both parents and children. Come discover the Cocoon, the museum’s brand-new space designed especially for toddlers. Perfectly suited for babies aged 0 to 3, this area offers a peaceful space for babies and their parents during their visit. Features include a breastfeeding area, age-appropriate toys, and changing facilities—all tailored to provide a 100% baby-friendly experience!

- Exhibition “Tiny Steps on the Moon”
Produced by the Cité de l’Espace in Toulouse, the “Tiny Steps on the Moon” exhibition invites young visitors to explore a fun and immersive journey, enriched by the Museum of Air and Space. Making its debut, this exhibition sparks children’s curiosity and offers a family-friendly exploration of space’s mysteries.

Produced by the Toulouse Space City, the “Small Steps on the Moon” exhibition offers young visitors an interactive journey designed for sensory immersion, enriched by the Air and Space Museum. Making its debut, this exhibition sparks children's curiosity and provides a family-friendly opportunity to explore the mysteries of space.

- Water Rocket Workshop
Build your own water rocket and learn the science behind action and reaction forces as you make a water rocket take off on the museum’s tarmac!
Location: South Terrace.
In case of bad weather, the workshop will be replaced by a mini-model building activity held indoors in the animation room.
Schedule: Continuous sessions from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Recommended age: 6 years and older
Pre-registration at the Information Desk only for the alternative “model” workshop, with a limit of 25 participants per session.
Journey for ages 8-12: Space Explorers
- Water Rocket Workshop
Build your own water rocket and learn the physics of action and reaction that make it take off, all on the museum’s tarmac!
Location: South terrace. In case of bad weather, the activity will be replaced by a session creating a mini model in the activity room.
Schedule: Continuous from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Recommended age: 6 and up
Registration is only required at the Information Desk for the replacement ‘model’ workshop, with a limit of 25 participants per session.
- “An Astronaut’s Daily Life” Quiz
High above us, 400 km away in space, the International Space Station orbits Earth 16 times a day—an adventure and research platform recently joined by Sophie Adenot. Curious about how astronauts live? What do they do? What do they eat? Come test your knowledge with our big quiz in the Space Hall!

- It’s Not That Complicated
Inside the museum’s collections, in just 15 minutes, uncover the “why and how” behind various physical, chemical, or biological phenomena. The big questions about aviation and space travel will no longer be mysteries!
