With the return of sunny days, it is inevitably the Jardin d’Acclimatation that fills up with visitors thanks to its numerous attractions designed especially for families. After the opening of its first adrenaline-pumping ride, the Défi du Dragon, in 2025, the only amusement park inside Paris city limits renews its offering with a brand-new playground.
This time, visitors are invited to set sail on stormy seas in search of lost treasure and other quests for riches. Young deckhands and aspiring pirates have a rendezvous in this new universe, with two rides inaugurated for the occasion. Welcome to the Isle of Tortuga! Take a spin on the Pirates’ Fort, the family coaster that reaches up to 40 km/h, or hop aboard the Corsairs’ Ship, a swinging vessel that tilts up to 90%. Starting June 10, a paddling pool will also open its doors, just in time for hot summer days, with 500 jets of water, not to mention four new playgrounds, plus a snack kiosk, a photo booth and a souvenir shop.
The Pirates' Space will open its doors from April 30, while the Jardin d'Acclimatation is open every day, year-round, expect to pay 15 to 48 € for a day-long unlimited pass.
