During the spring school holidays, spring break, Hangar Y invites families to try two immersive installations created by the Onyo studio, for sensory experiences to enjoy together. In Meudon, from 18 April to 3 May 2026, you can blend wellbeing, art and technology at the heart of the Arbre-Soleil or the Rivière-Etoile, to explore your connection to nature and to yourself, through sonic, luminous and participatory moments, from the age of 6.
The Sun Tree blends poetic narration, spatialized sound, ancient mythologies, and a luminous sculpture, where participants become actors in the work, highlighting our collective responsibility. Step into the story of this tree born from the union of the heart of a solar deity and the nurturing earth, a witness to the ages and a source of life for the living beings that surround it. But its glow falters, and participants are invited to join an ancestral ritual to rekindle its vital essence.
For Rivière-Étoiles, it’s more of a digital art installation that invites participants to bring a river to life by sharing their intimate memories with fresh water, in order to conjure shooting stars that, when gathered, turn into a stream and then a river through collective action—a chance to raise awareness about the impact of human activity on nature.
Expect 9.50 euros for adults and 7 euros for those under 26.
