As part of its brand-new Master Yoga exhibition, UNESCO House is offering a special day dedicated to families and, more specifically, children, on June 15, 2024.

At a time when parent-child yoga is increasingly in vogue - and the benefits of this practice no longer need to be demonstrated, for older and younger children alike - this discipline renowned for its many benefits across the board is the focus of a new exhibition at the Maison de l'UNESCO, organized by Heartfullness and Yoga4Unity, from June 14, 2024.

Now a part of humanity's intangible heritage, yoga is increasingly recommended and encouraged for children and adults alike: indeed, we're seeing more and more parent-child yoga sessions flourishing in certain Parisian studios or family third places. To coincide with its Master Yoga exhibition, UNESCO House is organizing a day dedicated to little yogis, with a program specially designed for children, from toddlers to teenagers! On the program? Free yoga classes, breathing workshops and mandala workshops, so you can relax and have fun at the same time.

The program for the Petits Yogis day :

  • Dynamic yoga workshop (for 6-18 year-olds)
  • Relaxation and breathing workshop (for 3-6 year-olds)
  • Yoga and stress management workshop (ages 14-18)
  • Mandala workshops for individuals and collections (ages 6-18)
  • Prize-giving ceremony for the writing and illustration competition (at 4:30 p.m.)

The good news is that admission is open and accessible to all: you don't even need to reserve to take part in one of these yoga sessions. Shall we?
