Paris Zen Festival: yoga and well-being classes and workshops at the Parc Floral

The yoga and well-being festival is back to recharge your batteries in the heart of the Parc Floral de Paris, on June 29 and 30, 2024. Stay zen with classes, workshops and treatments, indoors or out!

What better place than the Parc Floral de Paris for a festival dedicated to well-being and relaxation? In the heart of this relaxing setting, the Paris Zen Festival returns for its seventh edition, on June 29 and 30, 2024. It's an opportunity to discover and practice a wide range of activities, indoors or outdoors, during classes and discovery workshops, as well as to enjoy treatments and massages in the heart of nature, to recharge your batteries 100%!

Yoga, Qi Gong, Sophrology, Pilates, meditation, as well as dance demonstrations, sound healing sessions, conferences and pop-up stores will be on site, to ask questions and discover wellness objects. Open to everyone, whatever their level, even children, the gentle practice classes are an invitation to discover the discipline, the teacher and your fellow man. You can also take advantage of the relaxation areas under the trees, in complete freedom.

30-minute introductions to Tuina and Kobido massages will be offered in the City'zen salon, as well as free discovery treatments under the trees, including "Arms Hands Feet" massages and foot reflexology sessions, for a relaxing outdoor experience. A "breathing concert" is also on offer on June 30, starting at 5 p.m.

  • Postural Stretching: A method of gently stretching all the body's muscles, tendons and ligaments, using gentle standing and floor exercises.
  • Hatha Yoga Flow: Traditional yoga combining postures and breathing exercises.
  • Tai-chi Chuan: The supple boxing of the Chinese martial arts "Chinese wushu".
  • Pilates : A gentle method accessible to all that helps strengthen deep muscles and improve joint mobility and flexibility.
  • Sophrology: Sophrology awakens awareness of self, others and the world around us through dynamic exercises and visualization.
  • Qi-Gong: Movements to harmoniously circulate energy throughout the body, restoring physical and psychological balance.
  • Samara yoga: Gentle yoga to return to oneself and develop presence.
  • Nadi yoga: Gentle yoga for the back and joints, accessible to all.
  • Kung-fu Dahara: Work on your approach to distance, contact and spontaneity to build the basis of your inner confidence.
  • Vinyasa Flow yoga: Vinyasa Flow yoga, or the synchronization of movement and breath.
  • Foot reflexology: A practice focused on the pressure points of the feet to promote deep relaxation and restore harmony to the body.
  • Wellness massages: Body relaxation techniques to relieve tension and improve general well-being.
