Animal Crossing is a life-simulation video game in which you develop your own island. Activities include bug hunting, gardening and, of course, fishing! More experienced players can catch carp, char, horse mackerel and even coelacanth! All marine creatures that can be admired in real life, at theSea Life aquarium.
The aquarium, located in the Val d'Europe shopping center, is hosting a fun and educational event that turns your game into reality (or almost). Of course, you won't be fishing in the Sea Life tanks. But the aquarium does offer an immersive family experience, as an extension of Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
From October 18, 2025 to March 8, 2026, follow the special educational and fun trail at the Sea Life aquarium, and observe the many marine creatures living there.
Visitors of all ages can take part in the Buffer Rally: as you make your way through the aquarium, you'll meet the iconic Animal Crossing characters in a variety of settings. Tom Nook, Marie and K.K. are also on hand for unusual encounters and photo opportunities.
Sound familiar? It was offered back in the summer of 2024. Animal Crossing is back at Sea Life, with a few new activities for fans. The aquarium offers a marine creature observation kit (for an additional fee), for a visit made up of games and discoveries, around the theme of the video game.
Animal Crossing fans, head to the Sea Life aquarium for a fun-filled experience among the fish!
