Contes et Histoires 2025: enchanting activities to enjoy at the Château de Champs-sur-Marne

Contes et Histoires is the magical event imagined by the Centre des Monuments Nationaux to help us rediscover France's heritage, through unusual activities designed for the whole family. During this event, which takes place over the Christmas vacations, young and old alike can enjoy a wonderful program, discovering many historic monuments.

Among the venues participating inthe 2025 edition of Contes et Histoires is the Château de Champs-sur-Marne,located in Seine-et-Marne (77). FromDecember 22, 2025, to January 2, 2026, the monument will be filled with holiday magic. Various themed events allow us to enjoy this majestic castle. It's an opportunity for young and old alike to discover the history and secrets of this 18th-century furnished residence.

As 2025 draws to a close, we're heading off to take part in the various fun activities organized by the castle. This year, the Contes et Histoiresevent in Champs-sur-Marnetransports us to a magical world... Here is the program of games and shows to discover: 

• Contes et Histoires
  Come to the Château de Champs-sur-Marne and discover a castle in the fields with your family!
  The Château de Champs-sur-Marne is participating in the Contes et Histoires event and offers storytelling and theatrical tours, as well as a workshop for the whole family.  
  
  
  • Storytelling tour "Let me tell you a story..."
    Bring the whole family to rediscover fairy tales during this tour!
    Ages 3 to 5. 
    
    
  • Tour-workshop "Journey to the land of fairy tales"
    Embark on a unique tour of the castle by testing your knowledge of fairies and other magical characters, followed by a workshop where you can make your own candle holder.
    Ages 6 and up. 
    
    
  • Theatrical tour "Neither fairy nor fairy tale!"
    Follow the very serious Sophia Morgana, elficologist, and her scatterbrained assistant Marie-Clochette as they dive into the world of fairy tales with humor.
    Ages 8 and up. 

The Contes et Histoires event is free for children. However, parents must pay for their admission tickets, and reservations are required! Enjoy these wonderful activities that will enchant the holiday season.
