All Saints' Day vacation 2023: family activities at the Château de Fontainebleau

We loveautumn so much because the trees are decked out in magnificent colors, transforming parks and gardens into fairytale worlds. That's why we run to the Château de Fontainebleau to enjoy this majestic historic monument and its 130 hectares of gardens... But also its special activities for the season! The château invites us to take part in family activities during the All Saints' vacation, from October 21 to November 12, 2023.

Located some 60 kilometers from Paris, the monument is sure to delight families in search of enriching outings during the autumn vacations. For a day, young and old alike can enjoy fun activities in this sumptuous setting.

As every year, this royal residence in the Seine-et-Marne region organizes a variety of events and workshops for the whole family, to enchant us during the All Saints' Day vacations. Let's discover the program for this 2023 edition. Please note that some activities may require advance booking.

The All Saints' vacation program :

• Saint-Hubert show Fontainebleau, hunting residence of kings
  A traditional rendezvous at the Château de Fontainebleau, once a hunting lodge, the Saint-Hubert festival presents this historic heritage with a trumpet concert, a return hunt and a falconry show.
  Sunday, October 29, 2.30 pm to 4 pm
  Cour Ovale, access via the Cour de la Fontaine

• Guided family tours: Castle investigation
  Make the most of the vacation season to discover the new château investigation season! From Saturday, October 21 to Saturday, November 4 inclusive, at 11:30 am and 3 pm. A whole host of surprises and new adventures await you in this new season of Enquête au château! Young and old alike are invited to take part in the adventure: a journey to the heart of history, combining intrigue, mystery and twists and turns!
  
  
• Costume rental
  The company Les Arlequins offers you a unique experience as you discover the château in period costume.
  From October 22 to November 5. Every day except Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last rental at 4:15 p.m.).

• Salon Impérial Chocolat, 6th edition
  Food lovers beware! Great chocolatiers and gourmets from all over the world, all craftsmen and women, will enliven this event dedicated to chocolate. On the program: workshops, events, chocolate-making demonstrations, tasting and sales, and plenty of other surprises!
  November 10th, 11th and 12th
  Access through the Jardin de Diane, then through the Porte du Baptistère
