Opening of Anne, the Pavillon de la Reine's first gourmet restaurant

The Pavillon de la Reine, a discreet 5-star hotel on the Place des Vosges, opens its first gourmet restaurant: Anna. On the menu: French gastronomic classics, revisited. And the introduction of a tempting comfy food room service menu.

It's the most discreet 5-star hotel in Paris. Few onlookers even know it's here when they walk along the Place des Vosges. At the Pavillon de la Reine, it's all luxury, calm and pleasure in the shady garden of the hidden courtyard.

And now, in the same courtyard, you can enjoy gourmet dishes, since the Pavillon de la Reine has finally decided to open its first restaurant, a gourmet one at that: Anne. And this luxury is not just reserved for customers, but for all those who want to enjoy the sunshine and coolness of the courtyard's green wall, while savoring exceptional dishes.

To prepare these dishes, young chef Edouard Chouteau is in the kitchen. Having worked in some of the world's finest kitchens(Le Bristol, Pierre Gagnaire, L'Arpège), he executes the inventive menu created by chef Mathieu Pacaud.

The menu, which changes with the seasons, features modernized classics of French gastronomy: langoustines, sole meunière, Béarn poultry and Lozère suckling lamb. Desserts include chocolate soufflé, Chef Pacaud's signature dessert.

A "comfy food" room service menu will be available to cater for late-night guests. Finally, we're talking about comfy food made from exceptional products: croque-monsieur with truffles, potatoes with caviar and champagne, etc.

A new address for gourmets to discover!
