What are you doing for the Fête nationale? Watching the military march down the Champs-Élysées? Firemen's balls to dance the night away (or even into the wee hours)? Firework displays to feast your eyes on? This year, there are plenty of festivities to look forward to in Paris and the Paris region on July 14.
On the eve of D-Day, July 13, several towns in the Paris region are also celebrating the Fête Nationale. Such is the case of Bagneux in the Hauts-de-Seine department! On Sunday, July 13, 2025, the town of Bagneux will be hosting a not-to-be-missed popular ball on Place Dampierre, featuring the band "Comme chien et cha", starting at 8pm. There will be food stalls and a refreshment bar on the square, so you can enjoy a bite to eat between dances.
"It's been 3 years now since Charlotte and Xavier set up their duo. Xavier has been a singer-guitarist for over 40 years. Charlotte is a singer and dubbing actress... With Hervé Rakotofiringa on keyboards, Ilan Abou on bass and Antoine Mollard on drums, the group's repertoire is varied: from France Gall to Alanis Morissette, via Vanessa Paradis, Coldplay, Goldman or Prince!"
Then, from 11pm, head to rue Simone-Veil (in Les Mathurins) to enjoy the traditional fireworks display. This year's theme? Peace! Happy Fête Nationale 2025 to all!
