National Day 2026 in Mesnil-Amelot (77): a revival of Florent Pagny’s songs and a fireworks display.

Every summer, in the run-up to July 14th, France is decked out in blue-white-and-red to celebrate its national holiday. The country is ablaze - literally - with firemen's balls, fireworks, popular festivals and military parades. While Paris attracts the crowds with its emblematic parade down the Champs-Élysées and its spectacular fireworks display from the Eiffel Tower, the festivities don't stop at the gates of the capital.

Set course for Seine-et-Marne (77), where Le Mesnil-Amelot is preparing an ultra-festive July 13 evening, designed to bring together all generations around music, good food and the republican spirit.

The 2026 Bastille Day program for Mesnil-Amelot (77):

• 7 p.m.: giant barbecue to kick off the evening, with grilling and good vibes among neighbors, friends, or family.
• 9 p.m.: Florent Pagny concert, 100% live
• 11 p.m.: Fireworks, the show's grand finale, lighting up the Mesnil-Amelot sky in a burst of color.
• And for the night owls: DJ set until the early hours, to keep summer dancing the right way.
