For the French, the July 14th festivities are an event not to be missed under any circumstances. Military parades, fireworks displays, popular balls - anything goes to celebrate this very special day. For July 14th is a date marked by the memory of the storming of the Bastille in 1789, symbolizing the end of the monarchy, and the Fête de la Fédération in 1790, marking the union of the French nation.
The town ofEvry-Courcouronnes is one of the communes celebrating the unmissable Fête nationale. For this 2023 edition, the town in theEssonne département is pulling out all the stops, offering a program spread over two days, as it does every year.
Starting at 6 p.m., the traditional parade through the town center, followed at 8 p.m. by the grand firemen's ball in Square Jean-Paul II.
Come and enjoy a concert at 8pm with the group Monada, followed by a pyrotechnic and musical show at 11pm on the banks of the lake. Catering on site
