How about a Christmas market in a bistro? For a change from the Tuileries or Montmartre markets, head to Tout Day, a bistro-shop on Boulevard Voltaire dedicated tothe circular economy, which is hosting an ethical and positive-impact Christmas market from December 6 to 21, 2025. On the menu: responsible designers, participatory workshops, free gourmet tastings, charity collections, and even brunches!
Through this market, founders Clara Rohmer and Morgane Le Hir invite you to avoid the overconsumption and waste often associated with Christmas and have selected a wide variety of useful gifts: beautiful books, vintage and upcycled clothing and fashion accessories, jewelry, upcycled candles, vintage tableware, decorative items made from recycled materials, natural beauty product sets, recycled paper games and puzzles for children... not to mention locally sourced groceryproducts and a takeaway catering service.
Several free DIY workshops are also available to keep the handmade spirit alive, including furoshiki (Japanese folding technique) for zero-waste gift wrapping, making holiday decorations from plants and fabrics, making reused Christmas balls, anti-waste cooking classes for holiday meals, not to mention tastings of vegan foie gras or mulled wine for foodies!
Charity collections are organized in partnership with several associations to ensure that those most in need have a Christmas to remember. You can drop off toys and games for children, clothing and accessories, Christmas decorations, items for the pets of homeless people, fabrics and tea towels, and you can also write solidarity greeting cards on site for people who are isolated.
For even more gourmet treats, enjoy Christmas brunches on Sundays December 7, 14, and 21, always in the spirit of sustainable cuisine, made from local products and anti-waste recipes, with a €25 menu in a warm atmosphere.
