For food lovers, there will be a farmers' market on Place Jacques Demy with tasting areas, fresh food, and preserves from different regions of France on November 29 and 30 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
For Christmas gifts, head to the craft markets, where three artists' boutiques offer original items. La Boussole, run by the Friant-Jean Moulin neighborhood merchants' association, welcomes local artists, artisans, and producers every weekend. AtAtelier Lengaï, which specializes in stained glass, treat yourself to decorations, jewelry, or glass objects at affordable prices for a unique, handmade gift, from December 5 to 7, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
As it does every year,Atelier Coin de Ciel is hosting a market with a dozen designers, artists, and artisans, also from December 5 to 7 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. And to have fun creatingzero-waste Christmas decorations without spending a penny, head to the town hall of the 14th arrondissement on November 29 and December 6 at 2 p.m. for a creative workshop on the theme of the enchanted forest, led by La Ressourcerie créative.
